It was a long day. I woke up this morning, super tired from the long journey back from Johor, and realized that I had a meeting to discuss about the Cover Girl Shooting. So, I drove all the way to adni and met up with T Aizan, Iman and Kak Atiqah. After much debate and discussion, we decided to go to Putrajaya and shoot some scenes and random people's views on their thoughts about the "Covered Girl" and what they think about a "Cover Girl" etc. I thought it will be harder than it looked. What with people being super shy and unwilling to comment. But T Aizan reasoned that it will be great fun and challenging. Just listen to the producer will you? I keep telling myself.
So yes, T Aizan drove us to Putrajaya and later to Islamic Arts Museum. It is one thing to deal with a producer. It is also another to sit in a car driven by the producer. She swerves here and there and was a fingernail's length to crashing the car to the garden hedge. Kak Atiqah and I could not stop releasing sound effects. Iman giggled. T Aizan laughed.
It is one to deal with, it is another to be driven by and it complete an experience to film with a producer. T Aizan is an amazing film-er. She asked them the right questions and used right encouragement techniques kinda thing and she just walked straight up to them! We interviewed a malay guy, two indonesian ladies, three french people, a syrian (at least I think so) lady who spoke TOTAL french (i am very jealous!), and a malay lady:) Some very funny, some extremely amazing to hear but overall an enriching experience.
